LePage, will discuss how Maine has restructured to provide a customer-focused system to serve businesses. Andrea Lohneiss, Long Island Region Director at Empire State Development will explain New York’s effort to align state assistance with regional plans. Ms. Franzini is best known for her distinguished public service career as the face of the NJ Economic Development Authority, where she served as Chief Executive Officer. EDANJ members will remember Caren as the Association's 2012 Franklin-Maddocks Award recipient for Excellence in Economic Development.
